Companies are working hard to remove bias and discrimination from the decisions that they make about people. It might seem counter intuitive for us to ask you for more personal information, but we need these details about you so that your results are normalized against the groups you fall into and are bias-free.

This is a practice where standard groups are required to calculate assessment scores. A standard group must contain a representative sample of participants who share common characteristics. For example, we have separate norm groups for men and women within certain ages and we assess your profile against that norm group so that the result is standardized. Everybody is talented and is good at something. It’s all about matching your talents to the context that suits your brain best. There is no such thing as 1 ideal score. Virtually all employers want people to score high on some parts of the games, but not too high (and sometimes even low on other parts of the games). The only thing that matters is that you give it all you got during the tests. So make sure to be well rested before starting the games, to keep your focus during the games, and to follow the instructions very carefully.

For the best and most reliable results please pay attention to the following preparation recommendations. In total it will take you 45 minutes so make sure you are not disturbed. Have the latest version of google chrome installed. Have had a good night's rest. Turn off your phone. On top of that make sure that you carefully read the instructions before every game. There is no learning effect on the games. Doing the games multiple times after each other will result in similar outcomes every time.
