For the basic certification, you will complete the foundational module From Brain to Practical Solutions. During a 2-day training at our office in Amsterdam – combined with self-study and practical exercises – you will acquire the knowledge and develop the skills necessary to use our tools, assess their results, and make the match between brain and role/function/job.

Learn the basics where and when it suits you via our learning platform.

Two On-Site Sessions

Day 1: Learning from our BrainsFirst experts with a maximum of 12 participants.
Day 2: Discussing peer feedback/intervision with your group and our experts.

Foundational Module From Brain to Practical Solutions

The foundational module From Brain to Practical Solutions teaches you everything you need to know and be able to confidently use our tools.

Online Preparation:
On the BrainsFirst learning platform, you will go through 5 microlearnings (total duration: about 2 hours). You can do this wherever and whenever it suits you. This will teach you the basic principles of brain assessment:

Cognitive Journey: Executive Functions
Cognitive Journey: Goal-Oriented Behavior
Cognitive Journey: The Brain and Its Limitations
How do we measure and what insights do you gain?

Day 1 On-Site:
At our office in Amsterdam, you will learn from our BrainsFirst experts how to interpret the Brain Profile and transition from cognitive talents to skills and behaviors.

Working on Your Own:
In the following month, you will practice within your own organization or with your own clients using our tool and gather feedback from your practice subjects.

Day 2 On-Site:
At our office in Amsterdam, you will discuss the feedback with our experts and the other participants.
